PR Specialist/Copywriter

Our client is seeking a full-time, in-house PR Specialist/Copywriter.
The PR Specialist/Copywriter will write articles and website content on a variety of subjects for clients, in a wide array of industries. The content will be completely original, and provide an adequate description of products, procedures, and other topics. He/She will also provide Press Releases and Public Relations support online and in other media to help drive tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands of Headline Impressions.


• Research various topics for articles
• Write and edit articles for client websites
• Write and edit press releases
• Write new technical and non-technical content for client websites
• Ability to understand client requirements, business context, and business relevance
• Media Outreach
• Whitepapers
• Research
• Social Media


• One to three years or PR agency or full-term PR experience
• Bachelors degree in Communications or Public Relations
• Strong understanding of social media
• Print media experience a huge plus
• Demonstrated skill and efficiency at writing
• Self motivated
• Deadline oriented
• Strong typing skills
• Extensive online research skills
• Strong technical writing, editing, and interpersonal communications skills.
• A high degree of creativity
• Clear, succinct, and persuasive writing style, proficient with writing to diverse audiences
• Keen knowledge of the web environment, and solid understanding of best practices in communicating online via the internet
• Proficient in MS office
