JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Philippine-based General Manager who will use SellingForce LLC’s Business Concept as a guide in building the company. He will also use the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book www.MakeMillions.com,www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes SellingForce LLC.
Your sales skill is just as important as your ability to share your knowledge and skills to other people. Ultimately, your greatest responsibility is to enhance the sales of the client.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in sales and internet marketing
- Has a portfolio of successful sales
- Sales Training experience is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- A business management or marketing degree is a plus
- Must be located in the Philippines. Preferably located in Dumaguete or is willing to relocate.
- Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities.
- Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular).
- Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills.
